Distribution Committee

Committee members
are appointed by: the First Selectman of Orange, the presidents
of both Yale University and the University of New Haven, the
Trustee Bank (Bank of America), the New Haven Bar Association,
the Orange Chamber of Commerce, the Case Memorial Library
Commission, and the Distribution Committee itself. The members
of the Distribution Committee serve without compensation.
John Wesolowski
John Wesolowski, CPA, is now president of the Orange Foundation
after serving several years on the board. He is controller for Intensity Therapeutics, Inc, a start-up pharmaceutical company working on a cure for
cancer. He was previously in the Yale University finance
department for 18 years. John is Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop
925 since 2005, served on the Orange Players board for over a
decade, is a member of the Orange Country Fair Committee.
Carla A. Birmingham
Carla retired as the Supervisory Special Agent of the New Haven
Office of the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation
after a 32-year career. She is currently an enrolled agent with
the Internal Revenue Service. Since her retirement she has
volunteered 3 days a week with AARP preparing senior citizens
tax returns. In addition, she volunteers with the Amity Hall of
Fame and the Orange Scholarship Fund.
Paul Davis
Paul Davis is a retired teacher and local swim coach. From 2005
to 2015, he served five terms in the Connecticut General
Assembly as State Representative from Orange, West Haven, and
Milford. In 2015 he was elected to the Orange Board of Selectman
and appointed by the majority leaders of the House and Senate to
the Connecticut Commission on Women, Children, and Seniors. He
is currently the General Manager of the Woodbridge Club,
Incorporated.
Santo Galatioto, Jr.
Santo Galatioto Jr has lived his entire life in Orange, and is a
proud graduate of the Orange Public School System. He has been a
Social Studies teacher since 2003, teaching both high school and
middle school. Santo has been an Orange Town Constable for over
a decade and a Justice of the Peace.
Jacqueline Koral
Jackie is the Associate Vice President of Development for the
University of New Haven. She is a board member of the Long Wharf
Theatre, Board Chair of the Towers, a not for profit assisted
living residence in New Haven; past President and current board
member of the Orange Players and board member of the Orange Arts
Council. She previously served as the two-time Co-Chair of the
University of New Haven United Way Campaign, Volunteer Chair of
Public Relations for the Connecticut Cancer Society, Chair and
Editor of the New Haven Symphony Supplement.
Frank Bailey, JD
Frank Bailey, JD, is a partner in the law firm of Tremont
Sheldon PC in Bridgeport, where he has practiced law for 35
years. He is a member to the Connecticut Trial Lawyers
Association and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. He was
president of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association in 2020.
Beth Coscia
Beth Coscia has been an Orange resident since 2002. She is the
Executive Assistant at PEZ Candy, Inc. and she also manages her
husband’s plumbing and heating business. She was active in
Scouting for over 10 years and served on the Turkey Hill School
PTA Executive Board.
David O’Sullivan
David O’Sullivan is a long-term resident of Orange, having
attended Mary L. Tracy Elementary School, Amity Junior High, and
Amity Senior High. He is now retired after serving as the
Executive Director of the Community Soup Kitchen in New Haven
for 33 years. He also Co-Chaired the Greater New Haven Emergency
Food Council, and sat on the Committee of the Connecticut Food
Banks’ Walk Against Hunger and the Board of the Downtown Evening
Soup Kitchen. He is also a former Eucharistic Minister at Holy
Infant Church.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob
Archambault who served decades as President of the Orange
Foundation. We are in the process of setting up The Archambault
Family Scholarship Fund.
