Also to provide assistance to resident families requiring temporary respite care; or funding for any event or project sponsored by the Town of Orange, a Community service organization or any other non-profit group.” Dusty & Frank Downey Fund Established 2007 “To provide support in whole or in part the projects and programs of the community organizations with the Town of Orange. Also, to provide assistance to any resident who is in need and has requested help from the Town or any of its community service organizations.” |
